Cisco 4006 Can not get into Enable mode. 1

Good Day

I have a Cisco Catalyst 4006 switch to find someone has enabled Tacacs. Now when I try and go into the enable mode I get the following message:

% No authentication server runnning

Would anyone have any idea how I could resolve this problem and how I could go about fixing this.

I don't know which supervisor card you have on your 4006, but this should cover most of them.
