Hi, I have a customer who has recently purchase a couple of NAS devices from us. By default the NAS devices have two autosensing network ports. When our customer connects a NAS device to his Cisco 3750 he gets no connection via the NAS network ports. However when he connects the same NAS to a Cisco 3550 switch he gets an instant connection.
You can set the network speed on the NAS device to a fixed "1000" level which the customer has tried, but still ne gets no network connection. Having searched the net I have found a couple of instances of people having similar problems with Cisco switches esp the 3750. Not having a 3750 in house does create us a problem in trying to isolate this issue, so therefore has any one experienced these issues and have any idea of how to find a resolution ?
