Does anyone know if the new Cisco 3560's are stackable like the 3550's were? The 3550's had stacking GBICs, the 3560's use the new form and I haven't seen a partnumber for a stacking GBIC.

Thx for your help,

I had the same problem. They dont have a SFP Gbic as of yet.

The way we got round it is to use SX Gbics and connectusin a Fibre Patch lead.

We havent had any problems so far.

M.

Thx for your help. Do you have multiples stacked this way? Did you run into any problems with the 5-4-3 rule by interconnecting (daisy chaining) them this way? We may be stacking 4+ high...

thanks again,

ka
