Cisco 3000 VPN Concentrators

I am looking for someone else who is running these concentrators in thier enviroment. I have some questions in regards to address pools and routing.

I know this isn't very clear, but I will explain if someone can respond.

I have a 3002 that connects to a 3005, along with individuals with laptops that connect. The 3002 has its own subnet, the dial-in users are given DHCP addresses from the 3005.
