Anybody has same problem?
I read from cisco doc, it says hardware failure, I have to replace the module but since the module for 2948g is built in. That means I have to replace the switch???
Can we do hard reset with this switch? if it yes, how?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Yeah... It looks like you need to replace that switch. Cisco should do this for free for you.
