Cisco 2821 router help with flash card

Hi i am programming a 2821 router. request was made to install CISCO IOS ADVANCE IP SERVICE 12.4 onto router and also upgrade from 64 to 128MB CF Factory Upgrade and from 256 to 512MB DDR DRAM Factory Upgrade.

I done a show version I noctice that the router already have an IOS thats IP SERVICE 12.4 does the 2821 come with this IOS as a part of the bundle.

Also is there a procedure to replace the flash card from 64MB to 128MB if so I would like to know how to do it.

 
Most of the newer routers come with an IP Base feature set from the 12.4 train. This feature set is free as part of your purchase of the router. Any subsequent upgrade in the feature set requires an appropriate license to do this.
