Cisco 2621 router and multiple WIC's

I have a cisco 2621 router with a double wic installed in slot w/1 for two different T1 lines. We are adding a third remote office and I installed a second wic card in slot w/0 with just one T1 port. I can not get the router to id the new card, I get a yellow light in one of the windows which indicated an alarm. Any ideas on how I can access this new wic?

What IOS version are you running. Some of the new WIC cards require a certain IOS version or above.

Thanks for the reply baddos! I figured out that my first wic card is a double so it has controllers listed. My new wic card is a single so i can access it through the serial0/2 interface and everything will show up listed with the interface and not the controller. That is what was throwing me off.
