Cisco 2620 VPN to NetGear ProSafe VPN Firewall

Is it possible to setup a VPN between these two products, a cisco 2620 and a NetGear ProSafe VPN Firewall (FVS318)? I am thinking of looking into it but wanted to get a definate answer from all of you on if it's possible.
