I have a Cisco router 2620 with 32 Async ports in the network module. Can I use this async ports to connect to my 2501 serial port using a special cable? Anyone please advise. thnks..

I think the cables you want are the 8-port octal cable commonly advertized for use with the 2511. It has a centronix connector on one end splitting into 16 RJ-45's.

Bad news is that you can't connect em to your 2501's serial ports. Async and sync don't mix. You may be able to get it to connect to your aux port. The NM-32A is an expensive module and if it were me I'd sell it and use the $$ to buy two more 2500's.
