CISCO 2611-Serial Port cable pin outs

Has anyone a good document on converting 25 Way D-type of CAB SS 232 MT to 9 way.

I wish to connect an external pcmcia modem (is in cardhost pro) to router. Cardhost pro has 9 way d-type.

Or

Can someone point me in the direction of which signals are being used?
