cisco 2610 router

Hi,
I have 2610 and 1005 series router.
these router working normally 256 Kbit Leased Line.
But my telecom up to line 512Kbit my system not working.
Modems (tellabs stu-2308) working 512Kbit but routers not pinging. My telecom say router change. I don't believe.
How can i fix this problem, and ideas ?
Maybe router serial card (WIC) is older ?
