Cisco 2501 + 100Mbps AUI?

I have just inherited a 2501 in the hope that I can run 100Mbps Ethernet with it, but now I get the impression that I can only get 10Mpbs AUI transceivers.

Can anyone clarify this for me please?

Any recommendations on a cheap 100Mbps capable router?
