Cisco 2500 (2514) Dhcp question

I am attempting to configure eth0 to have a dhcp address for use with my cable service. I am currently running IOS 12.0 I have seen in these threads that people get dhcp to work under 12.1, i have 12.1 available to me but i was curious if it was possible to get it to work in 12.0.
