Cisco 1924 - changing Bridge groups to VLANs

Hi,

I've got a strange 1924. It only allows me to set up bridge groups as opposed to VLANs? This switch has a menu like below:

[M] Monitoring

How do I change from bridging groups to Vlans [V]???
