Cisco 1800W Help

Got a Cisco 1800W Router that on boot All leads Flash Three times but after that only the sys ok contiues to flash and i can also hear the fans going. but no link on any ports. Does this router need to be Flashed with new software?

Need help I am a Newbie

I have configured two 1800s. I followed the guide included in the box and that got me going. Also you should have a cd that you should install so you can manage with the GUI interface.
