Cisco 1720 losing connectivity

We have two 1720's on a point to point t1 and all of a sudden they are periodically losing touch with eachother. We have the built in wic on both.

we have it logging to a local machine and here's what the log looks like:

Any thoughts?
 
The DCD is the Data Carrier Detect. Generally denotes a problem with either your CSU or with the telco.

I would call the telco and tell them you are losing your DCD on your interface. See what they say.
