Cisco 1600 memory 99% used 2

Currently I had a Cisco 1600 running with IOS 12.0(3)T with 1.17MB of ram. The problem occurred last month, for some reason the memory just went from 40% used to 80% in one day and next day went to 99.8% used and till today. I did reboot it couples times but it still went back to 99%. I wondering what cause memory to jumps double in a single day?

A bug. Upgrade to a more recent IOS if you can.

Hello there, your cpu load looks fine, however it looks like you come across with memory fragmentation issues. Please have a look under Memory Fragmentation Problem or Bug from:

The quick fix is to upgrade your software to the latest on the existing train ( depending on the available main memory and flash). Cheers
