I need to let my callers skip the queue and go straight to the endpoint which is a vm transfer action, is this available in cintech cinphony version?

I would like to let them dial * or pound at the "continue to hold" prompt to perform this feat.

what does it do now in group routing???
Cintech does have a auto Attendent key code option that can be purchased..Do you have a valid contract with iether your vendor or cintech???

with auto attendent you should be able to acomplish this feat
