CICS Pseudo-Reentrancy

We have a DLL (COBOL DLL with a C interface) being used in CICSTS 1.3 and built as non-reentrant and non-reusable. Is it true that CICS or LE will still treat the DLL as re-entrant even though it is built as non-reentrant.

Is there any way to monitor the usage of the DLL in CICS in the above perspective?

Will the way CICS treats C++ DLLs change with CICSTS 2.2?
