CICS 7.1 CCR/Auto Answer 1

I have a quick question.

When I turn on the CCR and place a call to the office from my cell phone I can hear the automated answer. But if I hang up my cell phone, the CCR is still using the line 1 unless I pick it up and then hang up.

Does anyone have any idea what I might have done wrong with the programming part?

OK i just checked the lines.

Line type: Pool A
Trunk Mode: Unspr

Any ideas?

Change mode for each line to Supervised. After you end your programming session give the system about a minute to reconfigure the lines. Your lines should not hang after this change is made.

Brian - Thanks for the fast response. I will try that and let you know how it went.
 
If still an issue make sure that the Telco (call them) is providing the Supervion also as takes 2 to tango.
If yet still an issue try lowering or raising the disconnect timer under line card in Hardware programming.
