Chromeless Window

Hi,
I often see requests here and in the web site deisgners forum for a 'pop up window with no buttons' and the like.
Well searching the web i came across this

The download contains a flash and an html based version of a very good chromeless pop-up.
Just wondered if anyone had seen this and feel free to share this link with people, it seems to be a common 'newbie' question (im sure i asked it!)
