ChooseColor dialog does not display with hook enabled

I'm using the ChooseColor API to display a color selection dialog. I'd like to be able to center the dialog, but when I set the OFN_ENABLEHOOK flag, the dialog doesn't display at all. I'm running Excel 2000 on Windows Vista...which could be the problem, I'm sure, but I'd like to know. Anybody have any insight for me?
