Chip PC thin Clients refuse to connect

I have several Chip PC thin client win CE.NET thin client machines that absolutely refuse to connect to my Metaframe XPs Server. I have plenty of available licenses for the server but these boxes just blink back to the connetion window when a connection is attempted. All of these boxes connected previously but were using temp licenses until I purchased and additional 50 licenses.

I have had Microsoft clearing house clear my license server and got a typical MS by the book help desk response which actually shows my server as having 100 available licenses. Nice to get an extra 50 freebees but It didnt solve the problem of these 6 machines. any suggestions.
