I wonder if anyone can help me, I don't think it is possible but I'll ask anyway. I bought two games over the christmas period from China. Only thing is is that I cannot run them because they require "A simplified Chinese Windows System" to run in. There are supposed to be English games, or so the shop keeper told me. Is there anything I can download from the Internet that makes these games believe that I am running in a Chinese Windows System?

Don't know if this will help but here's a paragraph from an article I just read:

"..only one of these OSes comes out on top concerning multiple-language support: WinXP Pro. This means that you can install multiple languages and change them on the fly, which will alternate WinXP's language in everything from menus and dialog boxes to dictionaries and other utilities."

There are two softwares which can help you run simplified Chinese programs on your English Windows.
1. richwin
2. Njstar

Try to download them and have a try!

Hi,

Thanks zec for the info it's really much appreciated. I have downloaded both programs but can't either of them to work. Any idea on how to get Njstar working and what options to select? Richwin doesn't seem to work under Win XP which is shame as well.
