chinese/korean download file

Does anyone know where I can download file for multilanguage support (chinese/korean etc) in ie 5.5 . I can download it using window update but It will install right away. If I have 10 workstations that I need to update, then It will take alot of time downloading the same language for 10 computers. What I want is download once for each language save it to file for later use.

Buckeye, I got the file but how do I install it on my win98. I try to execute gdi.exe, langinst.exe nothing happen. the rest of the file is inf file.
