I'm working in a test environment with hopes of making everything work.
I have a parent domain and a child domain. In the parent domain I have the mail server. I want the child domain to be able to use the mail server in the parent domain.
In the parent domain I am capable of creating a user in the child domain along with the mailbox and email address. However, the mailbox does not show created, I can't send mail to the newly created account, and the address isn't showing up in the Global Address Book.
I'm getting no error messages when setting this up from the parent domain. When attempting to do the same from the child domain I get an error message stating Invalid ADSI path passed.
Is there some configuration that I need to make on my exchange server to allow it to service the child domain?
