open the navigator window
expand the site so you see the system
right click on the system icon and choose properties
choose customer tab
click properties tab
choose general tab
at the botttom you enter switch user and password info in the scheduler system ID fields.
*You can't have any windows open for the system you are trying to chg.ex.:station admin,cpnd etc.If you do the scheduler system ID fields will be grayed out and you won't be able to chg them.
There may be another way to do it but this is how I do it for my systems.Good Luck-JimC-
I have just recently changed one of my PBX passwords but when I try to change it in OTM (exactley as described) as soon as I hit apply OTM shuts down, I figured it was because I was using a client instead of being on the server, but it does the exact same thing from the server.
I am tempted to out the system and just rebuild it but I have about ten others to do as well and that would be a pain.
