This shouldn't be a big deal but requires either the Auto-Attendant answering the calls or someone transferring you into your mailbox. Once you hear your message you press, I think the star key and that tells the mailbox that you are the owner of the box then you are prompted for the password. Once the password is validated, your in the mailbox and will be voice prompted with the options!
