We are experiencing drive deactivating problems on a source server when an arcserve copy job ( run on a destination server)finishes. The job completes ok but the source server then deactivates the volume. I have read that we need to install the latest nw65 sp2. Which we are in the process of doing. I have also read that we should set TSAFS /CacheMemoryThreshold=10.
Do place this command in the autoexec.ncf?
Will Arcserve change this setting?
How do I check the setting?

NB the sp we are installing has come from nw65sp2.exe

Many Thanks
