My department is about to enforce a policy that restricts employees' mailbox sizes to 50 mg. We have several regional reps located throughout the state that access their email via the web. To ensure the storage limit is not exceeded, employees must monitor the size of their mailboxes and archive. How would these employees perform these tasks via web access>

We're running Outlook XP on an Exchange 2000 server. The regional reps can VPN into our network but access is so slow via regular dial up that their connections are usually dropped.

I looked and was unable to find the options on the webpage on our Outlook account where archive settings could be set, mailbox sizes checked, and mailboxes archived?

Is this possible via the web?

They get an e-mail telling them to clean it up.

They can download mail via POP3. Dan
