What red check mark? In regards to longhorn, since it's an OS still under development, I doubt many people have experience on it.

aznluvsmc, there's a red check mark, then a green question mark in front of the word "longhorn". that's true of this post too. if u can't see it, it may only be on my browser. maybe it appears only on the browser of the person who posted to signify their posts.

The red checkmark indicates that you have chosen to receive an email notification if someone responds to your post. Check your email.. you should have two from tek-tips.

The green question mark just means your post is of a Question category as opposed to a News Item, Helpful Tip or Book Review. These category are available for selection when you start a new post, just above where you type your heading to the post.
