glenmac, hey just looked are your site on IE6, 1024*768 resolution using winXP Pro.
A few pointers:
1) The navigation menu is a little off. You need to redefine the width, it chops of the ending characters on the menu. Then when you mouse over, the sub-menu needs to pushed a little down.
2) The blinking effect has to stop. That is not only annoying but also a major distraction. Takes focus off of the rest of the site.
3) The 'contact us' page only validates for the email, so technically I can send you blank forms. Have a validation that checks for other fields as well. Or at least the name, who do you know to respond back to??
4) Make sure all your links have the menu on it, no need for the user to go back one page, just so they can look at another price or a schedule list.
5) All outside links, like the one on 'Links' should open in a new window. Why would you want to voluntarily force your users to another site??
6) Have consistancy through-out the site. Seems like all your pages have a new layout. Keep the same layout just diff. content.
7) Though its the season, and it may look cool, the falling snow is really really really annoying.
8) You should consider having a small "about us" blurb to let the users know who you are and what you do, and how long you've done this for.

I COMPLETELY agree! Blinking makes a site look unprofessional and distracts from the main content.

Create a header which contains the site title & navigation links and include it on every page so that users don't have go back to the starting page to navigate. Also, if the content on one page is centered, center it on every page.

This is similar to the blinking thing I said on #2. However, if the rest of your site looks professional, you could maybe get away with this for a short period of time (seasonal).
Two additional points of my own:
1. The translucent menus are cute, but I would make the background a solid color. Some visitors may have difficulty reading the text on them.
2. In addition to having navigation via a javascript menu, place the menu links as standard hyperlinks somewhere on the page (perhaps as a footer).
Two reasons:
a) Text browsers (like lynx) will not work with javascript menus. Disabled visitors may not be able to navigate past the front page of your site.
b) Web-bots will not use javascript links to navigate. This puts your website at a serious disadvantage for page ranking. See for more info.
Overall, the site is decent. It needs some touching up, but it looks good so far.

Agree with almost all that's been said (see below). The content pages are really dull, and lack any way to get back to the front page. An "about us" page would be good, how about a paragraph (and/or picture) or two about the places the buses go to - could tempt people to make more/longer trips.

Viewed from Firebird 0.7 it looks a little perculiar. The dynamic menus work fine but you might want to put a "cursor:hand;" into your style statements, just for greater confirmation that the user can actually click them.

Use a tables to get things aligned nice and evenly on the price pages. It looks messy. You might also want to change the style definitions so that the text size is fixed (unless you're going for greater usability for the visually impared).
I agree with what has been said, but your pages are not dull. Pick some kind of layout and stick to it. Make it so that the site has the same feel to each page, so that the visitor knows they are on your site. Maybe putting the menu from the index onto all pages would be a good idea.
Logo. Put a logo on the pages, make it look nice.
One last point. No need to put banners advertising your own page, on your pages. It kind of defeats the objective of advertising. If you are going to put banners on, make sure they stay at EXACTLY the same point on each page, so that the user may become accustomed to them and skip past them without thinking.
