Check SD card & license? 1

I haven't messed on the IP Office side much. Can I go into the Avaya site and use the SD number to find out what license are loaded on a system like you can using the KRS for the BCM. We have a potential customer that thinks they should have a license from another vendor that his system is not showing.

Yes, if you have access to ADI then you can use this function. In the past members of this site have posted FK numbers here and someone has looked them up for them. (If you don't have access) If you're a partner you should be able to request access through disti.

Post the dongle number.
There are people here who have access to ADI.
I had but it stopped working.

Every time Avaya do "planned maintenance" on the ADI site it breaks my login, it even changes/corrupts the answer to the security question so you can't reset it yourself....
