Check External Mail

I have been installed Windows 2000 server and Exchange 2000 Enterprise Server.

How can I check external pop mail, such us yahoo.com, with Exchange Server? And can I reroute yahoo checked email to an internal user address (ex. someone@mydomain.local)?

Finally, i would that exchange perform these operations automatically. It is possible?
