I have created a simple report based on a query of 4 months sales figures from an access database. When I add a chart to my report it lists the months in alphabetical order. I know the "month" field is a "string" type but cant seem to change it. Thanks.

If this chart is based on the groups in the report, you can put your groups in 'Specified Order' Which allows you to select the order. See the Change Group Expert, change Ascending to Sepcified. Ken Hamady, On-site/Phone Crystal Reports Training/Consulting
