No matter what I seem to do, I can not format the way numbers appear in a "data table" both as to # of decimals, and alignment. I have formatted them in the underlying table, the query, the crosstab query. <br>Usually, in the design view and in the graph datasheet view, the numbers are in the correct format. well, if you're using commas, and no decimals, does that mean that you are just using integers? you can change the field data type to integer, which will get rid of the decimal problem, then just add an input mask to put in the comma. <p>Brian Famous<br><a href=mailto:bfamous@ncdoi.net>bfamous@ncdoi.net</a><br><a href= > </a><br>

Thanks so much, but where would I do this? Can not change the underlying table as some of the reports require decimals.
