No matter what I seem to do, I can not format the way numbers appear in a "data table" both as to # of decimals, and alignment. I have formatted them in the underlying table, the query, the crosstab query.
Usually, in the design view and in the graph datasheet view, the numbers are in the correct format. In fact they be in the correct format everywhere else, but not in the printed version.

I need to format the numbers with commas, and no decimals.
Deb Koplen
deb.koplen@telops.gte.com

A person can stand almost anything except a succession of ordinary days.

well, if you're using commas, and no decimals, does that mean that you are just using integers? you can change the field data type to integer, which will get rid of the decimal problem, then just add an input mask to put in the comma.
Brian Famous
bfamous@ncdoi.net

Thanks so much, but where would I do this? Can not change the underlying table as some of the reports require decimals. And, as far as I see, that is the only place you have the integer option.
Deb Koplen
deb.koplen@telops.gte.com

A person can stand almost anything except a succession of ordinary days.
