I am trying to build an X axis scale that ranges from 15.0 to 27.0 in 0.1 increments.
Sounds easy... but can't get it to happen. If i use a numeric scale it wants a 0.3 minimum. It does work if i set the system regional default to 0.1 but this is not the default used on the (CE XI) server.
This should be simple.
