Chart Problem

HI I am using crystal XI release 2

I have to create a report like months and dates on the columns side.

| Jan Feb Mar.........Dec
| 1,2,3,4,5 8,9,10,11....123..
---------------------------------------------------------
Trailer1 | 1 1 2 0 0 .....
Trailer2 | 3 4 5 0 0....
|
sum | 4 5 7

I have data in database which gives me on which dates the trailer1 and 2 are filled however i am not sure how to represent the dates in the columns field in the CROSS TAB EXPERT.

Add the date field twice as the column field, and while the field is highlighted, click on "group options" and select print on change of month for the first column, and print on change of day for the second.

I have same problem as above ...
I have posted however there was no replies...

the column part has been solved however i have problem with the rows part.

I am not sure how to get the trailers data for each date...

I have in the database the trailer name and the corresponding start date and end date ...however i am not sure how to calcualte the data in the crosss tab

any help will be greately appreciated
