I have a charge key assigned to an acd set. Does anyone know how this feature is supposed to work? When I press this key nothing appears to happen.

Charge key is for outgoing calls to assign the call or the next few calls to a particular account.

Example: I have to work for Mrs Smith which is one of my customer and have to make calls for her. I press CHG key dials the account number of Mrs Smith and hang on. Then a ticket on CDR port is generated, received by CDR application, knowing i'm starting my job for Mrs Smith. All the next calls will then be charged to Mrs Smith bill.
