ChangingView settings in Windows Explorer? 1

I am on a Windows 2000 computer. Does anyone know how I can change the default View setting (Large icons) to DETAILS in Windows Explorer PERMANENTLY? I don't want to click on the VIEW setting all the time and have to change it to Details.

Click on view change it to details. Then go to tools folder options then click on view then click apply to all folders.
