Changing Win 2k Server IP Address

I have a network with a 10.36.12.x IP and I would need to change it to 10.36.64.x. I know this is a lot of work with the static addressed nodes, however, I do not know what the effects will be on the Windows 2k Server. Is it as simple (yeah, right) as changing the DHCP, DNS, and NIC info, or does the server need to be reinstalled and the domain recreated?

Change the IP, reboot the server, and let it re-register itself in DNS. Then change your DHCP scope.
