I added to a new ethernet card to my windows 2003 server at home and it still runs all the services on the original ethernet card. I'd like to use the new ethernet card as the primary network connection.
(For example, the DHCP Server will only hand out IPs with the original network card.)

Where do I set which services run on which adapter?
