Changing User Name

I have a user on our network who got married and now wants
to use her new name. Do I just go into server console and
change the last name? Do I need to change it in AD?
Will I have any problems? We use first intial and last name
as our email address. Thanks for any help.

You will want to keep her existing email. Create a second SMTP address with her new name and make that the default.

Rename the user account in AD Users & Computers.

Because the user SID will not be changig she should have no problems with accessing her files.
