Changing the System Administrator password

Our System Administrator has been let go from our small company. We have no idea what the password is to the System Administrator mailbox. Anyone know how to setup a new Administrator mailbox with a new password without knowing the old S.A. password?

What is this Audix? if so it can be changed for the IS II or II console.
