I have a user that has figured out that he can move the fields in a query around while in datasheet mode (while it is running) Now he can't sort in design view. It keeps reverting to the changes he made in datasheet view. I have no idea where this change is being stored. I looked at the sql view and there is nothing stored there for ordering the fields. Does anyone know where this is stored and how to access it?

You can usually just right-click and choose Remove Filter/Sort.
