Changing the lunguge of imac OS to english

Hi all we have imac in out office that has non enlgish os . I wonder how i can change its lunguge since the imac does not have any cd rom!! could any one tell me how to make it english.Thanks

Assuming it's running OS X,

Apple Menu -> System Preferences -> International.

Move English to the top of the list of languages.
