I am trying to change text size in received email for printing the printed text is to small for a disabled person to read

If using Outlook or OE, open the email, click on View / text size, and select a larger text format. This will change the size of the text throughout the email.

Will this change the size when I print the message also that is what I need to do

No, to change the size for printing you need to click on Tools / Options, select the read tab and click on Fonts which allows you to set the default font and size. Doesn't make much of a difference but should be an improvement.
