I just inherited 16 swtiches with SEB modems on a 5 year maintenance contract. They all have SEB passwords already set up but the customer wants them changed so the old vendor can not get into them. How do you change those passwords?
Thanks

Also make sure that the SEB is your customers property, some Vendors make you buy them and others just lease them as part of the contract.

I used to work and program these SEB modems everyday. We used a program called Iris to program and download. I would suggest wiping out the programming and also changing the modem numbers to begin with.
