Once again I'm calling on your expertise for a problem that I'm having.
What I want to do seems so simple, but I just cant seem to find a way around it.
I would like to change the regional settings for all users. But I can only change it for the current logged in user.
And as our students are very restricted in what they are allowed to do on our PC's they cant change the regional settings. I have been explaining this to our Network team, but they are so unhelpful, and it is now down to us to find a soultion.
So if anybody has any suggestions, I would be very greatful.
