Is there a way to change the buttons on multiple phones without having to change them one at a time? I have about 200 phones to change the buttons on.

Thanks,

If you have Avaya Site Administration, you can go into FIND AND REPLACE. So many buttons So little time
Thanks All

You can also make the change to 1 phone. Then go into create new template. Select create template from existing object. Select the 1 phone you already changed. Modify the template by removing all irrelevent "extra" info from the template (name, port, type, etc) except for the buttons you want to change. Do an import data / change station / use template (select the template you just made). I would recommend modifying just 1 station first and checking it out in case you messed something up in the template. If it checks out OK, run the import for all 200 stations. Remember to modify the softkeys in the template since DSA substitues in the default softkeys even when you copy from an existing phone. -CL
